1. Cleanse your skin and gently pat it dry, or apply the lotion after bathing.
2. Dispense an appropriate amount of lotion into your palm.
3. Apply evenly to the stomach, hips, thighs, bust and other areas prone to stretch marks.
4. Massage gently in circular motions until the lotion is absorbed.
5. Use twice daily, preferably in the morning and evening, following the product directions.
