HOW TO USE – DR TEAL’S BATH & BODY OIL
Option A: After a bath or shower
1. Take your bath or shower and cleanse your skin as usual.
2. Gently pat your skin with a towel, leaving it slightly damp.
3. Dispense a small amount of body oil into your palm.
4. Gently massage it over your body, concentrating on dry areas such as your legs, elbows and arms.
5. Allow the oil to settle into your skin before dressing. Use a small amount to avoid an overly oily finish.
Option B: In the bath
1. Run a warm bath.
2. Add a small amount of the oil to the bathwater.
3. Swirl the water gently to distribute the oil.
4. Soak as desired, taking care when entering and leaving the tub.
5. Clean the tub after use because the oil can make surfaces slippery.
For external use only. Avoid contact with the eyes. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Always use caution to avoid slipping.
